A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking your wedding trial. This will secure your trial and wedding date and a confirmation email will be sent to you. A separate invoice will be provided to you via email for your trial and any relevant travel costs. We ask that you make payment for this within 7 working days after your trial. The £50 deposit you have already paid will be held and deducted from the final wedding invoice. If a cancellation is then made within 8 weeks of your wedding date, the deposit will not be refunded. Where your request to cancel is over 8 weeks, a full refund of the deposit will be provided and the wedding date released.
If you wish to cancel your trial and subsequently wedding date then a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required prior to the trial. The return of your deposit will be arranged. Please note the wedding date will then be released immediately. For any cancellations made within 7 days of the trial, please note that your deposit will not be refundable.
If you wish to cancel but rearrange your trial then I request a minimum of 7 day’s notice prior to the trial. Your wedding date will remain secured.
If you are unhappy with your trial, please let me know within 7 working days after your trial and I will happily return your deposit. Please note that trial and travel costs still apply and are non-refundable so an invoice will be emailed to you and payment requested within 7 working days. Once this payment has been received, your deposit will be returned to you and your wedding date released.
Wedding Invoices will include all services on the day of the wedding plus travel expenses, the deposit you have already paid will be deducted off the total balance due. You are kindly asked to make payment in full at least 7 days prior to your wedding date. If you cancel within 7 days of your wedding date then all costs will be non refundable and this includes deposit and wedding day services (travel fees will not be charged). 7 days – under 8 weeks you will be required to pay the deposit only.
Special Occasions / Tutorials:
